Lubricant Replacement
The gearbox should use heavy-duty industrial gear oil and avoid using ordinary machine oil.

Oil Change Cycle:
Normal conditions: every 3–6 months or every 2000–5000 operating hours; in dusty or high humidity environments (>70%): every 20 days.
Oil Change Steps: Drain old oil → Clean inner walls (using diesel) → Air dry → Add new oil to the middle mark of the oil sight glass.

Gear Condition Check
Check monthly for pitting, wear (pay attention if more than 10% of tooth thickness is worn, replace if more than 15%), or spalling.
Listen to operation sounds: Normal sound is a steady "hum", abnormal sounds (such as "clicking") may indicate meshing misalignment.

Casing and Seals
Clean the casing weekly, focusing on sealing surfaces to prevent coal dust and moisture ingress.
Check if seal strips are aged or cracked. Replace if necessary and apply sealing glue.
Running without the casing is strictly prohibited, otherwise it may cause dry grinding of gears or contamination.

Coupling/Belt Drive (if any)
Check alignment errors: axial ≤ 0.05mm, radial ≤ 0.02mm.
Use a tension meter to check belt tension to avoid slipping from being too loose or overloading from being too tight.
