We provide two housing material grades to match different corrosion conditions: 304 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel. 304 stainless steel suits general food washdown, fresh water and neutral detergent cleaning. 316L stainless steel is selected for harsh environments with brine, seafood processing, acid & alkaline chemicals and coastal salt spray. All external fasteners are also stainless steel to prevent galvanic corrosion.
Hygienic structure is optimized for easy cleaning. Smooth rounded surfaces eliminate threaded pits and hidden crevices that trap food residue and breed bacteria. There is no paint coating on the whole unit, removing the risk of paint chipping and product contamination during high-pressure CIP cleaning. Laser-etched nameplate avoids sticker peeling.
Two protection grades are optional to satisfy different sanitary cleaning standards: IP66 and IP69K. IP69K models withstand high-pressure, high-temperature washdown (80℃, 80–100 bar) with chemical sanitizers. Both IEC standard frame and NEMA frame versions are available, covering European, North American, African and Southeast Asian installation norms. The power range covers 0.18kW up to 22kW, including single-phase and three-phase options.
Our IP ratings are verified by independent third-party lab testing instead of nominal marking. Products can be supplied with CE and CB certificates complying with IEC standards. All production follows ISO 9001 quality control. Test reports, inspection certificates and material mill certificates can be issued upon customer request.
