Our motor gears adopt metal carburizing and quenching, with high tooth surface hardness. Equipped with P5-class high-precision heavy-duty bearings, they can withstand radial/axial composite loads, adapt to a wide reduction ratio of 1:3 to 1:1800, have outstanding impact resistance and wear resistance, and avoid shafting deformation or gear failure under long-term high loads.
IE3 high efficiency + multi-mode speed regulation compatibility
Our motor body meets the IE1 energy efficiency standard with high efficiency; it supports power frequency fixed speed, variable frequency 5-50Hz speed regulation, and has a reserved encoder interface, which can realize closed-loop speed/position control and adapt to high-precision positioning scenarios.
Modular protection + integrated heat dissipation structure
Our motor adopts an aluminum alloy integrated die-casting shell, with independent heat dissipation channels for the motor and reducer; the protection level is IP55, which is suitable for complex working conditions such as outdoor canopies, workshop sprinklers, and dust, reducing maintenance frequency.

Our motor, under a rated power of 400W and with an optimized reduction ratio configuration, delivers a large output torque. Compared with 200W models of the same volume, it has an approximately 140% increase in torque. It can stably drive medium and heavy-load equipment such as small hoists, medium conveyors, and automatic warehouse transfer mechanisms, eliminating the need to upgrade to larger power models.

The high-efficiency motor combined with a high-transmission-efficiency gearbox reduces annual operating energy consumption by approximately 18% compared with ordinary models; the gearbox features lifelong maintenance-free lubrication, F-class insulation (with a temperature resistance of 155℃), and a heavy-load bearing design, resulting in a service life of ≥20,000 hours, thus reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
Standardized interface, strong adaptability, and expandability
The output shaft of our motor complies with the ISO 9409-1 standard and can be directly matched with universal accessories such as couplings, brakes, and flange plates; the installation dimensions are compatible with 200W/300W models of the same series, supporting horizontal/ vertical/ dual-axis installation methods. There is no need to modify the installation station during equipment upgrading, which is suitable for rapid model change and production line transformation.

Q: Is it normal for a motor to heat up during operation? What temperature is considered excessive?
A: When the motor is running, the windings will generate a certain amount of heat. If the temperature of the housing is too high, or if it is accompanied by an unusual smell or noise, the motor must be shut down immediately for inspection to check for issues such as overload and poor heat dissipation.
