The rotor shaft is equipped with adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends, and the casing and base adopt a split layout with heat sinks added, making installation, disassembly, and daily maintenance more convenient.
Flexible adjustment of excitation force
The excitation force of our vibration motor can be steplessly adjusted by changing the angle of the eccentric blocks. In addition, the direction of the excitation force can be changed according to the installation method, adapting to the needs of various vibration forms such as circular and linear vibrations.
Design for harsh working condition resistance
Our YZO vibration motor has a fully enclosed protective structure, combined with vibration-resistant bearings and reinforced insulated windings. It can operate for a long time in non-explosive dust environments such as high dust and humidity, with precise temperature rise control and strong operational stability.
