Modular multi-voltage/ frequency adaptation design
Our motors support three-phase 220–690V and are compatible with 50/60Hz dual frequencies. The machine bases are segmented by power and adopt a lightweight + high-strength combination of cast aluminum and cast iron, making them suitable for different power grids and equipment loads worldwide.
Built-in integrated intelligent safety protection
Our MVE vibration motors come standard with PTC thermistor winding overheat protection, combined with IP55 protection class + special grease for long-term lubrication. The bearings and junction boxes have independent protection, allowing long-term continuous operation in environments with temperatures ranging from -20℃ to +40℃, high dust, and humidity.
Finite element optimized integrated working condition adaptation structure
The base of our vibration motor has been strengthened against deformation through finite element analysis. The eccentric block is equipped with scales + a special locking mechanism, enabling stepless adjustment of the excitation force from 0 to the rated value. It is suitable for any installation angle and has high multi-machine self-synchronization accuracy.
