Parallel Shaft Design

High-rigidity Housing
Our helical gearbox usually adopts a cast iron housing to ensure the gear centering accuracy, effectively bear radial and axial loads, and reduce deformation.

A: The designed service life is usually 8-15 years. Regular replacement of lubricating oil, avoiding overload operation, maintaining installation coaxiality, and timely cleaning of dust can effectively extend the service life.

A: First, check if the seals are aged or damaged, then inspect whether the bolts at the box connections are loose or if the oil level is too high; replace the seals and adjust the oil level to the standard scale.
