The worm and worm gear transmission of our brushless worm gear motor can achieve a large reduction ratio of 10:1–100:1 in a single-stage structure. Combined with the efficient power of the brushless motor, it can directly output low-speed, high-torque power, meeting the needs of heavy-load and low-speed working conditions such as conveyor belts, mixers, and automated production lines. It eliminates the complex structure of multi-stage gear transmission and reduces the failure rate.

The worm and worm gear of our brushless worm gear motor are in surface contact when meshing, resulting in small transmission impact, low vibration, and low operating noise. The brushless motor has no carbon brush wear, and with the sealed worm gear box design, it can achieve dustproof and waterproof performance (protection level up to IP65), adapting to humid and dusty industrial environments. Moreover, it has a long maintenance cycle, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
