Our bevel gears adopt spiral bevel precision machining technology, combined with the helical meshing of helical gears, which can achieve highly precise steering power transmission, suitable for equipment with high requirements for position accuracy and motion repeatability.
Wide transmission ratio coverage + high load-carrying capacity
Our helical bevel gear motor has single-stage/multi-stage combinations that can achieve a wide transmission ratio of 3~17000. The gears adopt a design of helical meshing (helical teeth) + spiral bevel teeth, with more meshing teeth and lower contact stress, which can bear higher radial/axial composite loads.
Modular sealing and adaptation design
Our gearbox adopts a fully sealed structure, supporting IP54~IP65 protection levels, and the connection interface between the motor and the gearbox is standardized, which can be adapted to motors of different powers, brakes and other accessories, facilitating customization and maintenance.

High transmission efficiency + low operating noise
We adopt the helical meshing method of helical gears and bevel gears, enabling the transmission efficiency to reach over 95% (5%~8% higher than that of ordinary straight bevel gear motors). At the same time, the meshing impact is small, and the operating noise is 10~15dB lower than that of the straight tooth structure.
Strong space
adaptability
Our motor can achieve vertical/horizontal multi-directional power output, and can be compactly embedded in the equipment space "requiring steering transmission" (such as assembly line corners, lifting mechanisms), reducing the volume occupation of the overall layout of the equipment.
Long service life and low
maintenance
Our adoption of helical meshing reduces gear wear. Combined with the long-acting grease sealing design, the gearbox is maintenance-free for life, and has outstanding impact load resistance. The average service life is more than 20% longer than that of ordinary straight-tooth gear motors.
