Square integrated compact design

Our square reducer is integrally assembled with the BLDC motor. The mounting flange and positioning holes are standardized, compatible with NEMA specifications and panel-type quick installation. Compared with round gear motors of the same power, the space utilization rate is increased by 25%, which is suitable for narrow installation scenarios such as automation equipment and precision instruments, and facilitates multi-axis linkage layout.

Dual control precision of electronic commutation + precision gears

Our product adopts brushless electronic commutation combined with high-precision planetary/ helical gear transmission, and is equipped with Hall sensors to achieve closed-loop feedback. It has a wide speed regulation range and can realize stepless speed change, with high positioning accuracy, suitable for precision positioning working conditions with frequent start-stop and forward-reverse rotation.

Low-voltage and high-efficiency adaptation to multi-scenario output

This BLDC motor of ours is suitable for 12–48V low-voltage DC power supply. The efficiency of the motor itself reaches 90%–95%, and the system efficiency after matching with the gearbox is still ≥85%. The square box has a larger heat dissipation area, and the temperature rise during continuous operation is ≤45K, suitable for low-voltage and high-efficiency scenarios such as medical equipment, AGV, and photovoltaic tracking.

The core gears of our DLDC gear motor are made of quenched alloy steel with precision grinding technology. The motor end has a service life of more than 20,000 hours. The gearbox does not require frequent maintenance, only regular oil changes, reducing maintenance costs by 60%. It is suitable for unattended equipment and continuously operating production lines.

High torque density, low noise, and low vibration

Compared with brushed motors of the same volume, our product has a 30%–50% higher torque output. Electronic commutation and precise gear meshing greatly reduce friction and sparks, with an operating noise of ≤68dB and vibration of ≤0.1mm/s. It is suitable for scenarios sensitive to noise and vibration such as laboratories, medical facilities, and homes.

Strong overload capacity and stable electromagnetic compatibility

Our motor can withstand a short-term overload of 300% of the rated load. Electronic control enables soft start and soft stop to reduce mechanical impact. There is no brush spark, and the electromagnetic interference (EMI) is low, complying with CE/UL electromagnetic compatibility standards. It is suitable for electromagnetic-sensitive environments such as explosion-proof and automatic control environments.
