Integrated Hall closed-loop control
Our BLDC square gear motor is built with a high-precision Hall sensor, which provides real-time feedback of speed and position signals. It supports three control modes: speed, torque, and position, and can be directly connected to PLCs and drivers to achieve automated joint control.
Lightweight and high-strength alloy housing
Our motor features a square body and die-cast aluminum alloy material, which offers high strength. Compared with cast iron housings, it is lighter while having excellent heat dissipation performance, preventing shutdown due to high temperatures.
Instant forward-reverse switching design
Our BLDC square gear motor supports millisecond-level forward-reverse switching through optimized electromagnetic commutation logic. It has no commutation sparks or mechanical wear, making it suitable for high-frequency commutation working conditions such as sorting equipment and manipulators.

Quick installation without
calibration
Our product features a square flange with standardized hole positions, supporting three installation methods: flange, foot, and shaft mounting. It can be used immediately without additional calibration, shortening the equipment assembly cycle.
Automatic overload
protection
Our motor has a built-in electronic overload protection module. When the load exceeds 150% of the rated value, it will automatically stop, preventing damage to the motor and gearbox due to overload and reducing equipment failure rates.
Stable operation in a wide temperature range
Our product operates within a temperature range of -20℃ to +60℃. It starts without stutter in low-temperature environments and has high heat dissipation efficiency in high-temperature environments, making it suitable for extreme working conditions such as outdoor photovoltaic equipment and cold chain storage.
