Mechanical commutation core with a simple and mature structure
Our DC brushed motors use the mechanical contact between brushes and commutators to achieve current commutation, without the need for complex electronic control systems. They have a simple structure and mature technology, and are suitable for manual/simple electronic control scenarios, commonly used in power tools, small pumps and valves, and other equipment.
Extremely simple control logic, suitable for basic speed regulation
Our DC motors can achieve stepless speed regulation only by adjusting the input voltage or PWM signal. Reversing the direction only requires changing the power polarity, without the need for a dedicated driver. The wiring and debugging costs are low, making them suitable for basic drive scenarios with low requirements for control accuracy.
Outstanding starting characteristics, low-speed and high-torque output
Our DC brushed motors are designed to support low-speed and high-torque output. The starting torque can reach several times the rated torque, and they can quickly respond to start and stop commands, making them suitable for working conditions that require instantaneous large torque (such as small lifting equipment, conveyor lines, automobile wipers, etc.).
