Strong adaptability for wide-frequency speed regulation
Our stainless steel motor supports two frequencies, 50Hz and 60Hz, which can meet the needs of customers in different regions and adapt to light-load working conditions with high requirements for speed regulation accuracy, such as filling equipment and small conveyor lines.
Optimization of stator winding for moisture resistance and temperature resistance
The stator winding of our stainless steel motor is treated with a vacuum impregnation process, and combined with the sealed structure of the stainless steel body, the moisture resistance level reaches Class F. It can operate for a long time in humid environments with a humidity of more than 80%, avoiding short circuits caused by moisture in the windings.
Compatible design of modular accessories
Key components such as the output shaft and flange of our stainless steel motor adopt standardized sizes, which can be directly connected to modular accessories such as encoders, brakes, and reducers without the need for additional customized adapters, facilitating equipment upgrading and transformation.
