Wide voltage compatibility, suitable for multiple operating condition power grids
Our stainless steel motors are conventionally three-phase 380V voltage. Our voltage can also be customized to adapt to the power grid standards of different countries and regions, without the need for additional transformers, especially suitable for supporting export-oriented small equipment.
High insulation class, outstanding heat resistance
The stator windings of our stainless steel motors use Class F insulation materials, combined with the good heat dissipation of the stainless steel body, which can operate stably in a wide temperature range of -20℃~+60℃, avoiding failures caused by insulation aging in high-temperature environments.
Spark-free safety design, suitable for explosion-proof demand scenarios
By optimizing the internal electromagnetic structure of the motor, there is no brush spark during operation. Combined with the stainless steel anti-static shell, it can be used in low-risk explosion-proof environments such as light industry and warehousing where flammable and explosive dust exists (ex-proof certified accessories are required).
Product advantages
Lightweight design with low installation load-bearing burden
Our 0.25KW stainless steel body is approximately 20% lighter than cast iron motors of the same specification, resulting in lower load-bearing requirements for equipment racks. It can be directly installed on small aluminum racks or light conveying equipment, reducing the overall structural cost of the equipment.
Maintenance-free painting with long-lasting clean appearance
Our stainless steel material inherently has anti-rust properties, eliminating the need for regular anti-rust paint spraying like cast iron motors. The surface remains smooth and clean after long-term use, making it suitable for pharmaceutical clean workshops and high-end food production lines that have high requirements for the cleanliness of equipment appearance.
Sensitive overload protection and low failure rate
Our stainless steel motor has a built-in overload protection device, which automatically cuts off the power supply when the load exceeds 150% of the rated value to prevent the motor from burning out. Combined with the impact resistance of the stainless steel shell, it can cope with instantaneous load fluctuations during equipment start-up and shutdown, with an annual failure rate 30% lower than that of ordinary motors.
