High-quality Material Matching
The worm shafts of our WP gearboxes mostly use 45# steel, high-quality steel with 56-62HRC after heat treatment. The worm wheels are made of high-standard 94 copper casting, and the gearbox housing is processed and formed from high-quality high-strength ductile iron. The materials of key components ensure basic performance.
Flexible Transmission Ratio Configuration
The single-stage transmission ratio of our WPO gearbox can reach 10 - 60, the two-stage can reach 200 - 900, and multi-stage reducers can also be formed by combining two or three reducers to obtain a very large transmission ratio.
Multiple Installation And Connection Forms
The gearbox housings have vertical, horizontal and universal structures. The input shafts have connection methods such as single and double input shafts, with motor flanges, etc., and also support various connection forms such as flange, foot and shaft mounting.
