Cascade compound transmission + wide reduction ratio
Our product reduces speed and increases torque through high-speed helical gears, and the low-speed worm gear achieves 90° steering and a large reduction ratio. Single/multi-stage combinations can cover a wide reduction ratio of 6–286, with an efficiency 8%–12% higher than that of pure worm motors, adapting to various working conditions from low torque and high speed to high torque and low speed.
Controllable self-locking + low backlash
Our helical worm gear motor has reverse self-locking capability (preventing load reversal) under a specific lead angle. Combined with precise meshing of helical gears, it is suitable for scenarios such as lifting and hoisting that require safety and positioning.
Modular integration + omnidirectional installation
The interface between our helical gearbox and motor is standardized, supporting multiple installation methods such as foot/flange, solid/hollow shaft, etc. The protection level can reach IP54–IP65, adapting to narrow spaces and multi-directional power output, facilitating system integration and maintenance.

High efficiency and energy saving + low-noise operation
Our product adopts helical meshing of helical gears to reduce friction loss, with an overall transmission efficiency of 85%–92% (higher than that of pure worm gear motors). The meshing impact is small, and the operating noise is 8–12dB lower than that of straight-tooth worm gear motors, making it suitable for noise-sensitive production lines in food, pharmaceutical and other industries.
High load capacity + long service life
The helical gears of our product are made of alloy steel with carburizing and quenching treatment, and the worm gears are made of wear-resistant materials such as aluminum bronze. They have low tooth surface contact stress and strong impact resistance. Combined with long-term lubrication and sealing, the average service life is extended by more than 25% compared with ordinary worm gear motors, reducing maintenance frequency.
Cost-friendly + strong adaptability
The cascade design of our reducer simplifies the complex transmission chain, eliminating the need for additional steering components, resulting in lower procurement and installation costs. It can be matched with motors with power ranging from 0.12kW to 160kW, and can quickly replace traditional pure worm gear or straight-tooth motors, featuring strong versatility and low transformation costs.

A: When the motor is running, the windings will generate a certain amount of heat. If the temperature of the housing is too high, or if it is accompanied by an unusual smell or noise, the motor must be shut down immediately for inspection to check for issues such as overload and poor heat dissipation.
