Our SXC vibration motor abandons the traditional base mounting mode and is directly fixed to the side panel of the vibration equipment, significantly reducing the overall space occupied by the equipment. At the same time, it reduces energy loss during vibration transmission, resulting in a faster vibration response speed.
Intelligent calibration of eccentric block angle
The eccentric block of our vibration motor is equipped with angle scale marks, allowing for quick calibration of excitation force parameters without professional tools. It also supports synchronous angle adjustment of multiple motors, enabling easy standardized control of equipment amplitude.
Three-proof reinforced customized design
Our vibration motor can be optionally equipped with customized components such as anti-corrosion coatings, high-temperature resistant windings, and dust-proof sealing rings. It can be upgraded according to customer working conditions, adapting to special operating environments such as coastal salt spray, high-temperature drying, and high dust levels.
