Wide frequency speed regulation + closed-loop control compatibility
Our motor supports 50Hz/60Hz power frequency operation, and can achieve a wide range of speed regulation from 5 to 50Hz when paired with a frequency converter, with a speed fluctuation rate ≤ 2%. A reserved encoder installation interface allows for external incremental encoders to realize closed-loop speed/position control, meeting the driving needs of high-precision automated equipment.
Split-type heat dissipation + IP55 protection design
The body of our small gear motor uses an aluminum alloy heat dissipation shell. The gearbox and the motor body have independent heat dissipation channel designs, reducing the temperature rise during continuous operation by 20% compared to integrated motors of the same power.
