Our NMRV040 gearbox adopts a high-strength aluminum alloy cast casing, weighing only 2.3 kg (much lighter than cast iron models), and supports all-round installation methods such as foot mounting, flange mounting, and torque arm mounting, making it suitable for equipment integration scenarios with limited space.

High Stability + Wide Working Condition Compatibility

Our NMRV gearbox features a single-stage worm and worm gear transmission structure, with a transmission accuracy of ±0.5% and an operating noise of ≤55dB; it has an IP55 protection rating, allowing long-term continuous operation in harsh environments such as dust and oil pollution, and also has a mechanical self-locking function (when the transmission ratio is ≥1:20).

Wide Parameter Coverage

The NMRV040 gearbox is compatible with motor powers ranging from 0.09kW to 0.75kW, with rated output torques from 7.6N・m to 53N・m and a speed ratio range of 5-100, which can meet the multi-speed requirements under medium and low loads.
