It supports diverse output configurations including spline shafts and hollow shafts, enabling direct integration with medium and small-sized equipment like packaging machinery and conveyors.
Corrosion-Resistant Design & Direct Motor Compatibility
The input end of the NMRV050 is engineered to fit various standard IEC motor flanges, such as 80B14, 80B5, 71B14, 71B5, and 63B5. No custom adapters are needed, allowing quick and seamless connection to mainstream 0.12~0.75kW motors on the market, thus minimizing accessory costs during equipment assembly.
Low Backlash & Accurate Positioning Capability
Adopting a worm axial preload design, the gearbox ensures backlash ≤3 arcmin and minimal start-stop position deviation. This makes it well-suited for light-load precision applications, including labeling machines and sorting equipment that demand high positioning accuracy.
