Q:Can WPWDK gearbox match single-phase miniature AC speed control motors?
A: Yes, all universal housings have identical center distance and foot mounting dimensions, so base brackets are interchangeable, only input and output end covers cannot be swapped.
Q: Why does the gearbox overheat during operation?
A:Three main causes: continuous low-speed heavy load, insufficient/excessive lubricant oil, misalignment during installation. Use special worm gear oil at standard level and avoid long-term full-load low-speed running.
Q: How to fix drive shafts on the hollow output shaft?
A: The hollow bore comes with keyways and set screws for locking. Add expansion sleeves under heavy load to prevent shaft slipping and axial movement.
