WPDS reducer adopts integrally cast grey cast iron casing with thick reinforcing ribs; the worm is mounted at upper part of housing for strong structural rigidity and deformation resistance under dusty harsh conditions.

Split tin bronze worm wheel set

Split-type worm wheel made of high wear-resistant tin bronze pairs with carburized precision ground worm, large meshing area effectively prevents tooth seizure under intermittent shock load.

Bottom solid output shaft design

Heavy-duty solid output shaft arranged at lower casing with pre-tapped base mounting holes, convenient for direct installation on conveyor main shaft.
