Miniaturized integrated reduction transmission
Our 6W micro AC motor has a rated power of 6W, with a compact body size such as 60×60mm. The motor and reducer are integrally encapsulated with an aluminum alloy shell, ensuring easy installation and suitability for narrow spaces. The reduction ratio can be selected from 1:3 to 1:200, and the output speed can be as low as 7.5rpm, balancing compact structure and transmission precision.
Wide-range speed regulation + flexible control adaptation
Our micro AC motor supports speed regulation from 90 to 1400rpm. It can be equipped with a speed governor to realize forward and reverse rotation, electronic braking, and slow acceleration and deceleration. Some models are equipped with speed sensors, which can form a closed-loop linkage with PLC/ microcontrollers to meet the needs of automated precision control.
Lightweight and durable transmission structure
The reducer of our product usually adopts a cylindrical gear design, featuring high meshing precision, low noise, and long service life. The overall weight is light, and the temperature rise during continuous operation is stable. Some models are integrated with electromagnetic brakes, which can stop immediately when the power is cut off, improving safety and positioning accuracy.
