High-Precision Quenched Gear Set
The internal gears of the 20w Micro Gear Motor are precision-machined after high-frequency quenching, featuring smooth tooth surfaces and minimal meshing clearance with extremely low transmission backlash. It runs smoothly at low speeds without jitter and delivers stable and reliable positioning control accuracy.
Wide Operating Condition Design
This 20W geared motor supports power supply of various voltages including 110/220/380V with multiple reduction ratios available. It is filled with long-lasting silent grease inside, reaches IP55 protection class, and can operate continuously and stably in environments ranging from -20℃ to 85℃.
Low Speed & High Torque Output
It amplifies torque via gear reduction under a rated power of 20W. It delivers far higher torque than ordinary micro-motors with the same volume, and can easily drive light-load mechanisms for conveying, lifting and flipping applications.

Our AC gear motors adopt precision gear meshing to reduce friction and vibration, with operating noise lower than 50dB. This motor has an energy conversion efficiency of over 85% with low no-load power consumption. It supports stepless speed regulation and bidirectional forward/reverse rotation. When paired with an encoder, it can deliver precise rotational speed feedback, and its connection to single-chip microcomputers and speed controllers is simple and convenient.

Q: Can reduction ratio and output shaft size be customized?
A:Yes. Standard reduction ratios from 3K to 300K are in stock. Output shaft diameter, thread and length can be customized according to installation demands, and encoders or electromagnetic brakes are optional add-ons.
Q: Will the motor break down under stall condition?
A:Long-time stall is prohibited as it causes overheating and coil burnout. A matched speed controller with over-current and overheat protection prevents damage during short stall.
