Split Double-stage Worm & Worm Wheel Structure
Combined with two independent worm reduction units in series, reduction ratios range from 200 to 900. Double-stage reduction achieves ultra-low output speed. Split housing enables easy disassembly, inspection and replacement of internal parts.
Dual Solid Input & Output Shaft Layout
Solid drive shafts on both input and output ends provide stronger bearing capacity. Directly match sprockets, gears and couplings, ideal for heavy-duty roller tables and large mixers with heavy radial force.
Cast Iron Housing with Thickened Cooling Fins
Integral cooling fins on the outer shell expand heat dissipation area to reduce heat generated by double-stage friction. Standard mounting holes on base ensure stable horizontal floor installation.

Q:How to quickly solve gearbox oil leakage?
A: First check if the oil level is overfilled. Then check whether oil seals and gaskets are aged or broken. Grooved worn input/output shafts also lead to continuous leakage. Adjust oil to standard level, replace seals or repair shaft surfaces to fix the problem.
Q: Can worm gearboxes run at overspeed for a long time?
A:Neither single-stage nor double-stage WP worm reducers support long-term overspeed operation. Overspeed causes severe heat and abrasion, damages self-locking structure, shortens service life drastically and may break gear teeth. Only run within rated speed range.
Q: Is it normal for the gearbox to overheat when running at low speed with speed control motors?
A: Heat generation under low speed and load is an inherent feature when matched with voltage speed regulating motors due to large torque loss at low RPM. If the housing temperature exceeds 85℃ and feels scalding, switch to VFD motors or reduce continuous low-speed working hours.
