Multi-Planetary Gear Load-sharing Structure
Our industrial planetary gearboxes adopt a design where multiple planetary gears are symmetrically distributed around the sun gear. The load can be evenly distributed to each planetary gear and the meshing tooth surfaces. Combined with an integrally forged planet carrier, the overall rigidity of the structure is greatly enhanced.
Modular Coaxial Layout
Our industrial planetary gearboxes feature a coaxial arrangement of the sun gear, planetary gears, and internal gear ring, resulting in a compact and small structure. They can quickly expand the range of reduction ratios through multi-stage series connection, adapting to the installation space and transmission requirements of different industrial equipment.
Reinforced Sealing And Lubrication Design
The input and output shaft ends of our industrial planetary gearboxes are equipped with multiple sealing components. The box body adopts a fully enclosed structure and is filled with a special long-acting lubricating medium, which can adapt to complex industrial working conditions such as dust and humidity, achieving maintenance-free and long-term operation.
