Q: What problems will occur if the 20W brushless worm gear motor runs under full load for a long time?
A: Long-term full load will accelerate wear of the copper worm wheel and cause obvious motor overheating, shortening service life. Continuous operation under rated load only is recommended.
Q: Can the self-locking function completely replace electromagnetic brakes?
A: Self-locking works well under static standby. However, an electromagnetic brake is still recommended to improve safety under high-speed impact and frequent start-stop working conditions.
