Q:Can SPA pulley work with standard type A V-belts?
A:Mixing is forbidden. Mismatched groove width and radian cause large fitting gaps, severe slipping and overheating. Only SPA narrow V-belts can be used.
Q:Is HT250 SPA pulley suitable for 24-hour continuous operation of air compressors?
A:It works perfectly for normal-pressure air compressors. Ductile iron SPA pulleys are recommended for high-pressure compressors with frequent impact loads for better fatigue resistance.
Q:Are there any risks if only partial grooves of multi-groove SPA pulley are equipped with belts long-term?
A:Unilateral unbalanced load damages dynamic balance and accelerates partial groove abrasion. Belts should be installed on all grooves evenly.
