Multi-stage helical gear meshing structure realizes continuous gradient reduction ratios from 6.8 to 288. It meets both low-speed high-torque and medium-high speed stable transmission demands, one series satisfies various output speed requirements of different equipment.
Low transmission loss via helical gear engagement
Helical teeth engage continuously in an inclined angle with larger contact area. Friction loss is much lower than spur gear and worm gear structures, generating less heat and maintaining stable performance under long-term full load.

High transmission efficiency & lower energy consumption
The comprehensive efficiency of multi-stage helical gear transmission reaches 92%~96%, greatly reducing power loss compared with worm gearboxes. It cuts electricity cost during long-time continuous operation and lowers overall production expenses.

Q:Can the 0.12kW low-power helical gearbox be matched with servo motors?
A: Servo motor matching is available. Low-backlash precision models are recommended for high positioning accuracy, while standard versions with moderate backlash work perfectly for general conveying and assembly line equipment.
Q: Will the model with 288 ultra-high ratio produce loud running noise?
A:No. The smooth curved meshing of helical gears reduces vibration through multi-stage buffering. Even running at low speed with large ratio, its noise level is far lower than same-size multi-stage spur gear reducers.
Q: Is regular oil change required for 22kW high-power helical gearbox under long full-load operation?
A:Under normal temperature standard conditions, special extreme-pressure gear oil should be replaced every 6000 working hours. The cycle shall be shortened to 3000 hours in high-temperature or dusty harsh environments to extend gear service life.
