Axial thin and compact layout
Our BLDC flat gear motor adopts a "pancake-style" axial lamination + flat gearbox integration. Its length is 40%–60% shorter than that of cylindrical motors with the same power, and it has a small thickness. It is suitable for embedded/panel mounting, saving the depth space inside the equipment.
Optional hollow shaft/ parallel shaft dual output
Our reducer supports two structures: hollow shaft for threading/shaft passing and parallel shaft direct drive. The hollow shaft can eliminate the need for a coupling, and the parallel shaft is suitable for direct flange mounting, reducing transmission components and installation errors.
Low inertia and high-speed response design
Our motor adopts axial arrangement of flat rotors and stator windings, resulting in small rotational inertia and short torque response time. It is suitable for light-load precision working conditions requiring high-frequency start-stop and rapid positioning.
