Brushless Dc Planetary Gear Motor

The brushless motor body of our brushless DC planetary gear motor adopts electronic commutation, eliminating carbon brush friction loss, with an energy conversion efficiency of 85%–95%; combined with the coaxial transmission structure of the planetary gearbox, the gears mesh closely, with transmission loss as low as 3%–5%. The overall system efficiency is much higher than the combination of brushed motor + ordinary gearbox, which can significantly reduce energy consumption costs during long-term operation.

The multi-tooth meshing design of our planetary gears can output large torque in a small volume. Combined with the miniaturization advantage of the brushless motor, the overall torque density of the motor is high, which can meet the needs of industrial equipment, robots and other scenarios with limited installation space. At the same time, it has strong load capacity and excellent operation stability.

The brushless structure of our brushless DC planetary gearmotor has no carbon brush wear and spark problems, and the motor life can reach 10000–20000 hours; the gears of the planetary gearbox are made of high-strength alloy materials, with little wear and impact resistance, and no need for frequent lubricating oil replacement, which greatly reduces equipment downtime for maintenance and lowers long-term use costs.
