The 15W Brushless DC Planetary Gear Motor is a 24V low-power coaxial drive component with 42/45mm standard frame, combining brushless DC motor and multi-stage planetary reducer, which delivers stable low-speed high torque with low noise, low heat and tiny backlash, and supports customized gear ratio, shaft, voltage and wire length for small automation equipment.

High transmission efficiency and energy saving
The brushless motor body of our brushless DC planetary gear motor adopts electronic commutation, eliminating carbon brush friction loss, with an energy conversion efficiency of 85%–95%; combined with the coaxial transmission structure of the planetary gearbox, the gears mesh closely, with transmission loss as low as 3%–5%. The overall system efficiency is much higher than the combination of brushed motor + ordinary gearbox, which can significantly reduce energy consumption costs during long-term operation.
