High-precision 20CrMnTi Bevel Gear Pair
Bevel gears are forged from carburized alloy steel 20CrMnTi with Grade 7 precision, surface hardness reaching 58-62HRC. Curved tooth design delivers wider contact area than standard right-angle spur gears, distributing force evenly and resisting sudden impact loads during power conversion.
Integrally Cast HT250 Right Angle Housing
90-degree angular housing is one-piece cast from HT250 grey cast iron with integrated reinforcing ribs, featuring strong bending and torsion resistance. The natural vibration-damping material eliminates resonance during high-speed bevel gear operation, compatible with vertical, horizontal and side mounting layouts.
Dual-grade Bearing Matching & Multi-layer Sealing System
Taiwan-made oil-proof dust seals are installed on shaft ends to block dust and cutting fluid. Drive shafts are tempered 40Cr alloy steel. Standard bearings are domestic HRB, LYC, ZWZ brands, while upgraded SKF imported bearings are optional to match light and heavy load conditions respectively.
