Reinforced Thickened HT250 Cast Iron Housing
One-piece thick-wall housing cast from HT250 grey cast iron with internal reinforced ribs, thicker wall thickness than standard small gearboxes. It resists heavy torque deformation and heavy impact, ideal for extreme load conditions of mining, metallurgy and building material equipment.
Heavy-duty Hardened 20CrMnTi Gear Sets
Gears made of 20CrMnTi with deep carburizing & quenching, tooth hardness maintained at 58-62HRC. Large-module tooth design with Grade 6 spur gear / Grade 7 bevel gear precision grinding, wider load-bearing contact surface to sustain peak impact loads of heavy machinery continuously.
Heavy-duty Multi-layer Protective Components
Solid large-diameter 40Cr tempered alloy steel main shaft; standard heavy-duty HRB, LYC, ZWZ bearings, SKF heavy series bearings available as upgrade. Double-layer Taiwan-brand oil seals plus full-surface housing sealant block dust, mineral slurry and high-temperature grease contamination.
