High-rigidity Vibration-damping HT250 Cast Iron Housing
Integrally cast housing made of HT250 grey cast iron with dense internal reinforcing ribs and uniform thick wall. The natural vibration absorption characteristic of cast iron absorbs impact vibration during equipment start and stop, compatible with full-range industrial reduction transmission scenarios such as mixing, conveying, lifting and metallurgy.
Carburized & Hardened Precision Gear Sets in 20CrMnTi
Gears are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel with deep carburizing and quenching, maintaining tooth surface hardness of 58-62HRC. Spur gears reach Grade 6 precision and bevel gears Grade 7 after precision grinding, with wide meshing surface to resist fatigue and long-term alternating loads.
Modular Heavy-duty Matching Transmission Components
The output main shaft is forged from tempered 40Cr alloy steel. Two bearing options are available: standard domestic heavy-duty HRB, LYC, ZWZ bearings, and upgraded imported SKF bearings. Double-layer Taiwan oil seals on shaft ends plus housing surface sealant build a multi-layer protection system against dust and oil leakage.
