Multi-stage continuous curved helical gear meshing structure
Inclined tooth design expands gear contact area and eliminates rigid impact during operation. It covers high-speed transmission with small ratio 3.77 and low-speed high-torque output with ultra-high ratio 281.71, offering an extremely wide applicable speed range.
Full stepped power range from 0.12kW to 250kW
Complete power spectrum covers light-duty 0.12kW small conveyors as well as heavy 250kW mining, mixing and lifting machinery. It fits both light industrial automation and heavy high-load working conditions without missing specifications.
Modular universal housing design
Unified frame platform allows replacement of internal gear components and output shaft types (solid / hollow). Horizontal, vertical and side-mounted installation are all available, matching assembly requirements of rollers, packaging machines, lifting and mixing equipment.

High transmission efficiency & power saving for long-term operation
The comprehensive efficiency of helical gears stays steady at 92%~96%, with much lower friction loss than worm reducers. For 250kW heavy machines running all day, it greatly cuts factory electricity expenses.
High torque capacity & shock resistance for longer service life
Uniform stress distribution improves tooth root bending strength, enabling the reducer to withstand frequent start-stop, instant overload and forward-reverse shocks. Thick cast iron housing provides high rigidity; gears and bearings wear slowly under dusty, high-temperature and humid harsh environments.
Simplified selection & stock, lower overall procurement cost
One single series covers all reduction ratios and power levels. Customers do not need to purchase multiple reducer types, manufacturers stock fewer models to reduce capital occupation on warehouse. Matching motors and brackets share strong universality.

Q:How to troubleshoot and fix oil leakage on reducer output shaft?
A: Inspect excessive oil level, aged oil seals, blocked breather valves and failed housing sealing surfaces in sequence. Adjust oil volume to standard scale, replace worn oil seals, unclog breather holes, and reapply sealant on housing joint surfaces during reassembly.
Q: How often should gear oil be replaced? Does working condition affect the cycle?
A:Replace oil every 6000 working hours under normal clean environment; shorten the cycle to 3000 hours for high-temperature, dusty or 24-hour full-load operation. If the reducer sits idle for over 1 year, fully renew oil before restarting.
Q:What operating rules should be followed before the first use of a new reducer?
A: Check for collision damage and oil leakage after unpacking, fill specified gear oil to standard level, run under no load for 1–2 hours, and confirm no abnormal noise or leakage before applying load.
