Multi-stage parallel helical gear transmission structure
Input and output shafts are arranged in parallel. The multi-stage helical gear meshing design features continuous inclined tooth contact for smooth low-vibration operation. It supports high-speed drive with small ratio 3.77 as well as low-speed high-torque output with ultra-high ratio 281.71.
Full coverage power range 0.12kW~250kW
The complete product line covers micro light conveyor equipment of 0.12kW up to heavy mining and mixing machinery of 250kW. It fits light automated assembly lines and heavy industrial heavy-duty conditions with complete stepless power specifications.
Optional solid & hollow output shaft configurations
This series offers both solid and hollow output shafts for selection. The hollow shaft supports flat key and shrink disc locking installation, while solid shaft matches standard couplings, meeting assembly demands of rollers, winding machines, lifting equipment and more.

High transmission efficiency & energy saving for long-term operation
Helical gears minimize friction loss, with overall transmission efficiency reaching 92%~96%, much higher than worm gearboxes. For 250kW heavy equipment running 24/7 continuously, it significantly cuts factory electricity operation costs.
High torque capacity & strong shock resistance with long service life
Even force distribution on helical teeth improves tooth root bending strength, enabling the gearbox to withstand frequent start-stop and forward-reverse impact loads. Thickened rigid housing adapts to harsh industrial environments such as dust, high temperature and humidity, with slow gear abrasion and long failure interval.
Wide universal adaptability to simplify model selection & stock
One unified frame series covers all ratios 3.77~281.71 and full power range 0.12~250kW. Customers do not need to stock multiple different gearbox series, simplifying selection and reducing capital occupation on warehouse inventory.

Q:What preparations are needed before the first operation of a gearbox?
A: After unpacking, check for oil leakage or gear impact damage. Fill the gearbox with specified gear oil to the standard oil level marked on the nameplate. Run it under no load for 1–2 hours, and confirm no abnormal noise or leakage before putting it under load.
Q: What is the normal operating oil temperature for gearboxes? How to handle overheating?
A:The normal continuous operating oil temperature should be below 85℃. If the temperature stays above 95℃, check the oil level and oil condition, reduce the load, or install cooling fans/oil cooling systems for high-power models.
Q:How often should gear oil be replaced? Does working condition make a difference?
A: Replace oil every 6000 working hours under normal temperature and clean environment. Shorten the cycle to 3000 hours for high-temperature, dusty or 24-hour full-load operation. If the gearbox is stored idle for over 1 year, fully replace oil before restarting.
