Our 2HP three-phase IEC motor has a rated torque of up to 9.55N・m and a torque reserve coefficient of ≥1.8, which can smoothly handle short-term load impacts of small mixers and material hoists. There is no need to install additional torque compensation devices, making it suitable for medium-load start-stop working conditions.
Wide voltage and wide frequency compatibility, excellent cross-border adaptability
Our IEC motor is equipped with standard 380V/400V/415V voltage switching terminals, compatible with 50Hz/60Hz grid frequencies, meeting the industrial electricity standards in Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other regions. It can be used for supporting export equipment without customized modification.
Reserved function expansion interface for flexible transformation
The 90S/90L frame of our 2HP three-phase motor reserves installation positions for encoders and brakes, which can be quickly upgraded to variable frequency brake motors or simple servo motors, adapting to the later speed regulation and positioning transformation needs of automated production lines.

Wide-range speed regulation + high torque at low speed, with wide process adaptability
Our motor, when paired with a frequency converter, can achieve stable speed regulation from 5–50Hz. At a low speed of 5Hz, the torque retention rate is ≥80%, which can meet the low-speed constant torque requirements of small conveyor belts and winding equipment.
Enhanced heat dissipation design, stable and reliable under long-term heavy load
Our IEC motor features a widened frame + high-density cooling fins, with heat dissipation efficiency 30% higher than ordinary products. Under S1 continuous working system, the temperature rise during full-load operation is ≤60K, and it can work continuously and stably for more than 8000 hours, reducing the frequency of overheating shutdowns.
