High transmission efficiency and low energy loss
The mechanical loss of our planetary gear transmission is much lower than that of worm gear structures and the like. Combined with the stable power output of DC motors, the overall transmission efficiency can reach 85%–95%; energy conversion is sufficient, which can effectively reduce energy consumption costs during long-term operation, and is suitable for portable devices and lithium battery-driven devices with high endurance requirements.
Stable operation and strong load adaptability
The symmetrical layout of the planetary gears in our DC planetary gear motor can disperse meshing forces, resulting in low vibration and low noise during operation (usually 50–60dB); it has good speed stability when facing load fluctuations, can work stably under working conditions with frequent forward and reverse rotations and alternating start-stops, and is not prone to problems such as gear jamming or increased wear.

The output parameters can be flexibly adjusted without replacing the motor body.
Compact structure and high integration
Our gearboxes and DC motors mostly adopt a coaxial integrated design, with no additional transmission connectors, and standardized installation interfaces (such as flanges, shaft extensions, etc.); they can be directly embedded into the equipment's power system, simplifying the overall structure design of the equipment and shortening the equipment research and development and assembly cycles.
Low maintenance cost and long service life
The gears of our DC planetary gear motor are mostly made of high-strength alloy or engineering plastic materials, which have good wear resistance; combined with the sealed gearbox design, it can effectively prevent dust and oil pollution from entering, reducing gear rust and wear; daily maintenance only requires regular inspection of the lubricating oil status, and the service life can reach 5000–10000 hours, which is suitable for working conditions of long-term continuous operation.
