120W BLDC Square Gear Motor covers a torque range of 1.54~20Nm with a significantly elevated starting torque threshold. Compared with low-power models, it eliminates weak output and stuttering during low-speed startup. It can stably handle loads such as medium-sized material lifting and heavy assembly line conveying under an extreme gear ratio of 1/200.
Compatible dual-control wiring structure
Two wiring schemes are available: 8-wire Hall high-precision closed-loop feedback and 3-wire sensorless open-loop speed regulation. Their mechanical components are fully interchangeable, differing only in internal sensor wiring harnesses. Customers can freely switch between them according to the precision requirements of production line control without modifying the overall installation dimensions of the complete unit.
Industrial universal winding for full voltage grades
120W BLDC Square Gear Motors cover eight voltage ranges from low-voltage 12V lithium batteries to industrial high-voltage 310V. Full speed range matching dual original base speeds
Original 120W BLDC Square Gear Motors come with two no-load input speeds of 2000rpm and 3000rpm. Paired with a full reduction ratio range from 1/3 to 1/200, they can directly deliver any rotational speed required for high-speed sorting and low-speed heavy-load applications without the need for an additional secondary reduction mechanism.
Integrated rear expansion interface for all accessories
Drive, sensor and brake accessories are uniformly integrated into the standard clamping position at the rear of the motor. The installation of brakes and encoders will not alter the specifications of the front flange and output shaft, and no secondary machining is required for the original equipment mounting base.
Q:Can we customize output shaft length for bulk orders?
A:Custom shaft extension length, keyway and spline parameters are free for mass orders with no extra mold modification charge, matching your load connection dimensions.
Q:Is this 120W BLDC geared motor pre-filled with gear lubricant at factory?
A:It is filled with long-life special gear oil before delivery. Double-layer oil-resistant seals are installed on both sides of the gearbox, preventing oil seepage during standard land and short sea transportation with temporary upside-down storage.
Q:Is there an obvious stability gap between hall type and hall-less type motors?
A:The gap is prominent. The 8-wire hall version collects real-time rotor position signals to avoid step loss and speed fluctuation at low speed; the 3-wire hall-less type suffers obvious speed drift at low RPM, only suitable for simple transmission without strict speed precision requirements.
