Modular interchangeable multi-type output shafts
The four output shaft types of the 150w BLDC Gear Motor, namely the smooth shaft, keyway shaft, gear shaft and spline shaft, share a unified gearbox output base. Users can freely switch between different shaft types without replacing the gear housing, making the motor compatible with various loads including gear meshing transmission, keyway transmission and precision spline connection.
Standard universal stator core for full voltage range
150W BLDC Square Gear Motor, supporting voltage ranging from 12V low-voltage lithium batteries to 310V industrial mains power with 8 voltage gears in total. It adopts one set of iron cores with only different winding specifications. Equipment manufacturers do not need to distinguish housing models by voltage, which greatly reduces the types of inventory SKUs.
Full gradient gear ratio library matched with dual base speeds
150W BLDC Square Gear Motors with two base no-load speeds of 2000rpm and 3000rpm, equipped with a full range of reduction ratios from 1/3 to 1/200. No secondary reduction gearbox is required, enabling coverage of two differentiated speed requirements for high-speed sorting and low-speed heavy-duty pushing applications.
Integrated rear modular expansion slots
The brakes, encoders and Hall sensors of this product are all integrated into the standard interface at the rear of the motor. Installing functional accessories will not alter the dimensions of the front flange and output shaft, so no secondary machining modification is required for the original equipment frame.
