The whole gear motor takes UDL variator as the core driving component. The star-shaped handwheel directly controls internal friction transmission parts, offering seamless 1.4~7 speed ratio without gear gaps. It delivers sensitive continuous fine speed adjustment and acts as the central speed control part of the integrated unit.
Integrated Sealed Heat-Dissipating Housing Exclusive for UDL
The UDL main body adopts thickened die-cast aluminum casing with dense external cooling ribs and double skeleton oil seals. Equipped with independent oil chamber for special traction oil, it isolates worm gear oil from rear NMRV reducer to avoid mixed oil deterioration, realizing long-term leak-proof and efficient heat dissipation.
Modular Standard Connection Between UDL and NMRV
The output flange of UDL matches NMRV reducer directly without extra adapter plates. UDL is available in B3 foot-mounted and B5 flange types, which can flexibly combine with any standard NMRV model for diversified assembly.

Q:Can the UDL unit be detached and replaced separately from the NMRV reducer?
A: Yes. UDL and NMRV are connected by standard split flanges with independent oil circuits. You only need to loosen connecting bolts to disassemble UDL alone, no need to remove the worm gear reducer during maintenance.
Q:Is slipping during speed adjustment of UDL caused by the rear NMRV worm box?
A: No. Slipping only results from worn internal friction discs, insufficient traction oil or overload of the UDL unit. The NMRV reducer only realizes deceleration and torque amplification, which will not interfere with UDL's friction speed regulation performance.
Q: Is there any difference in speed regulation performance between UDL-B3 and UDL-B5 when matched with NMRV?
A:No performance difference at all. They only differ in mounting structure, while internal friction assemblies, speed ratio range and adjustment precision of UDL are identical, for horizontal and vertical installation respectively.
