Worm Gear Self-locking Transmission Structure
Our screw Jack lifter relies on the spiral lift angle design of the worm gear. When there is no power input, it can achieve mechanical self-locking to prevent the load from sliding freely. It is suitable for vertical lifting and positioning scenarios without the need for additional braking devices.
Integrated Design
The worm gear center of our screw lifter has a built-in thread that meshes with the screw, directly converting the rotational motion of the worm into the linear motion (lifting / pushing) of the screw / nut. It has a compact structure, small size, and can be installed flexibly either individually or in multiple combinations.
Modular Combination Adaptability
Our products support manual / motor (servo, stepping, explosion-proof, etc.) drive, and can realize multi-unit synchronous linkage through couplings, transmission shafts, and bevel gear boxes, adapting to different stroke, load and layout requirements.

Our screw worm lifter has no pipelines, oil tanks, or leakage risks of hydraulic/pneumatic systems. It has a simple structure and is easy to overhaul. Wide Load Coverage And Strong Adaptability
Our products have a load range of 2.5kN–1000kN, and can be customized for lifting height and speed. They can operate in harsh environments such as -20℃ to 100℃, and can replace traditional hydraulic/pneumatic actuators, applied in fields such as solar energy, construction, and automated production lines.
