A: Models with ratio 50, 60, 80 and 100 feature stable self-locking. Small ratios like 7.5/10/15 have weak self-locking performance, and an extra brake is recommended under heavy loads.

Q:What DC voltages and power levels are available for customization?

A: Standard voltages are 12V/24V/48V with power ranging from 10W to 2000W. Custom 36V, 220VDC models are available, as well as customized shaft diameters and flange sizes.

Q:What damage will long-time overload cause to the motor?

A:Continuous overload leads to excessive temperature rise and thermal protection shutdown. Long-term stall overload will burn the stator winding. A torque margin of over 20% is required during model selection.
