Two-stage & three-stage dual transmission covers full reduction ratio range
AH63B two-stage: ratio 7.5~60, output speed 111~185r/min; AH63C three-stage: ratio 50~300, output speed 4.7~27r/min. It meets both right-angle medium-high speed and low-speed high-torque working conditions, with maximum output torque up to 200Nm.
Direct compatibility with multiple standard IEC motor flanges
Unified housing fits 63B5/B14,71B5/B14,80B5/B14,90B5/B14 flanges. It can be mounted directly with asynchronous and servo motors without custom transition flanges, simplifying assembly work.
High allowable radial load for stable load bearing
The allowable radial load Fr₂ of each ratio ranges from 1710N to 4800N. Uniform curved meshing of hypoid gears withstands lateral tension from rollers, conveyors and tilting machines, minimizing eccentric vibration.

A:Choose hypoid for compact right-angle layout and moderate efficiency; helical gearbox for high power & high efficiency parallel output; worm gearbox for low-cost self-locking and light low-load applications.
Q: Can internal gear assemblies be swapped between 2-stage and 3-stage gearboxes of the same frame size?
A:No. The internal oil chamber and bearing support structure differ between 2-stage and 3-stage housings, gear assemblies are not interchangeable. Complete corresponding model is needed for ratio change.
Q: What extra accessories are needed for gearboxes used in dusty and rainy outdoor environments?
A:Heavy-duty dust-proof oil seals and breathable valve respirators, anti-rust coating for housing. Higher oil level is preferred for vertical installation to prevent rainwater intrusion along output shaft.
