Two transmission types to cover full reduction ratio range
Unified AH50 frame includes 2-stage AH50B (ratio 7.5~60) and 3-stage AH50C (ratio 50~300). Rated input speed 1400r/min, output speed ranges 4.8~182r/min, satisfying both right-angle medium-high speed and low-speed high-torque applications.
Integrated compatibility with multiple standard motor flanges
The housing supports 63B5/B14,71B5/B14,80B5/B14,90B5/B14 flanges. Direct mounting for asynchronous and servo motors without extra transition flanges, simplifying assembly work.
Standardized allowable radial load on output shaft
Each ratio is equipped with matched allowable radial load Fr₂ from 1510N to 4100N. Even force distribution of hypoid gears stabilizes radial tension from rollers and conveyors to avoid eccentric vibration.
Product advantages
90° right-angle layout with compact space-saving design
Perpendicular input-output structure features much smaller size than parallel shaft gearboxes, ideal for narrow machine tails and side cabinet installation to optimize overall equipment layout.
Large curved tooth contact for quiet operation & strong wear resistance
Wide curved meshing surface reduces impact and operating noise. Quenched heat-treated gears slow down abrasion during continuous running, with longer service life than standard bevel gearboxes.
Modular unified housing to cut inventory cost
AH50B and AH50C share identical outer housing; reduction ratios are changed only by replacing internal gear sets. Interchangeable motor flange accessories reduce stock SKUs and capital occupation.

Q: How to select between AH50B and AH50C?
A:AH50B is two-stage with ratio 7.5~60 for higher output speed and medium reduction demand. AH50C is three-stage covering 50~300 for low-speed high torque; choose model C for ultra-high reduction ratios.
Q: Can all ratios of AH50 deliver max 130Nm torque continuously?
A: No. Some small ratio models (nominal ratio 10/15/20/125) only support 80Nm or 100Nm rated torque. Only medium & high ratio units can bear 130Nm peak torque long-term.
Q: Can AH50 hypoid gearbox run with 3000rpm high-speed motors continuously?
A: The table rated input speed is 1400r/min. Long-term 3000rpm operation causes excessive heat and accelerated gear wear. A cooling fan is required and load shall be reduced by 20% for high-speed applications.
