Offset Axis Non-orthogonal Layout

The input shaft and output shaft of the hypoid gearbox are in a spatially staggered state, with a vertical offset. They are neither coplanar nor completely orthogonal, which is different from the 90° orthogonal structure of the spiral bevel gearbox and can achieve a flattened design.

Design Of Circular Arc Spiral Tooth Surface

The tooth profile of our hypoid gearbox adopts a circular arc spiral curve shape. When meshing, the tooth surface contact trajectory is a continuous arc, and the meshing overlap ratio is as high as 2.5~3.0, which is far beyond the overlap ratio range of ordinary spiral bevel gears.

Modular Interface Design

The input end of our hyperboloid gearbox supports various connection methods such as direct motor connection and coupling connection. The output end can be matched with flanges and shaft heads of different specifications, and can be connected to various power sources such as servo motors and stepping motors without additional modification.
