Matched with tin bronze worm wheel and carburized quenched steel worm, the tooth surface is precisely ground for even and stable meshing clearance. It comes with original mechanical self-locking structure, which can lock the output shaft tightly after power cut, meeting anti-slip requirements of conveyors and lifting equipment.
Lightweight Universal Multi-flange Interface
The whole machine adopts thin-wall reinforced aluminum alloy housing with light weight that will not increase installation load of equipment. The input end is equipped with standard IEC motor flange for direct connection with three-phase asynchronous motors and speed control motors. The hollow output shaft can be sleeved on roller shafts directly without intermediate adapter flanges.
Housing with Integrated Full-range Cooling Ribs
Multiple wave-shaped cooling ribs are integrally cast on the outside of the box to expand heat dissipation area in contact with air. Standard oil level sight glass and oil drain nozzle are reserved for convenient lubricant checking. Mounting screw holes are reserved on six sides to support overhead, side and vertical installation at any angle.

Compact 90° Right-angle Transmission Layout
The input shaft and output shaft are vertically arranged at 90 degrees with a short and compact head structure. It greatly reduces the horizontal size of equipment compared with parallel shaft gearboxes, ideal for narrow installation positions of conveyor heads and small automation machines.
Low-maintenance Long-lasting Sealing Structure
Double-layer skeleton oil seal and dust baffle are installed at the output end to block dust and material debris from entering the box. Special extreme-pressure gear oil inside resists high temperature and abrasion. Only regular oil level inspection is needed under normal working conditions, no frequent disassembly maintenance required.

Q:Can the self-locking function of NMRV worm gearbox bear heavy load for long-term static parking?
A: It is not recommended to rely solely on self-locking for long-term heavy load parking. Self-locking only serves as basic protection. Long-term heavy static load will accelerate abrasion of bronze worm wheel teeth. Electromagnetic brake is recommended as auxiliary lock for heavy-duty working conditions.
Q: Can NMRV gearbox work with variable frequency motors at low speed for a long time?
A: Short-time low-speed operation is acceptable. Continuous long-term low frequency operation will worsen heat dissipation and raise oil temperature. An additional cooling fan is suggested, and the gear oil replacement cycle should be shortened.
Q:How to choose between hollow output shaft and solid output shaft for NMRV reducer?
A:Hollow shaft is preferred for direct connection with conveyor roller shafts. Solid output shaft version is more suitable when matched with couplings, sprockets and split power layout.
