A: They work well for medium-load and normal-speed conditions. Ductile iron pulleys are recommended for heavy impact loads and ultra-high-speed applications.
Q: Do HT250 gray iron pulleys rust easily?
A: Cast iron is prone to surface oxidation. Anti-rust paint coating is suggested for outdoor humid environments; indoor dry usage brings little rust risk.
Q: Can one HT250 pulley match different types of V-belts?
A:Each groove size corresponds to a fixed belt model and cannot be mixed. Custom multi-groove pulleys or size-matched pulleys are required for different belts.
