Full Modular Composite Framework
Standardized modular units support coaxial, helical front-stage, bevel-helical integrated and bevel-planetary input types. 2/3 planetary stages are freely combinable, frame sizes from 9 to 34, ratio range 25–4000 complete. Torque arm, shrink disk, various flange accessories are optional for custom assembly.
Multi-Planet Load-Split Transmission
Multiple planet gears share load simultaneously via internal-external high-efficiency meshing to absorb impact. All gears are carburized, quenched and precision ground to HRC54–62 hardness. Ductile cast iron one-piece housing delivers strong rigidity and high radial load capacity against vibration.
Multi-Condition Lubrication System
Dip, splash and forced pump lubrication options available. Oil compensation tank matched for vertical mounting; special grease for high/low temperature. Supports horizontal, vertical, side and torque-arm mounting, suitable for 24h continuous heavy-duty operation.

Q:What transmission types does P series have and their applicable working conditions?
A:Six models total: P2N/P3N coaxial for general conveyors; P2S/P3S helical input for medium-high speed large motors; P2L right-angle bevel for space-limited side mounting; P2K/P3K bevel-helical composite for ultra-low high torque with ratio up to 4000. Custom combinations are available.
Q:When is forced pump lubrication required?
A:For vertical mounting, long-term high speed, full-load 24h continuous operation, forced pump lubrication is mandatory. Standard horizontal/vertical types use dip or splash lubrication. Vertical top-mounted units need oil compensation tank to avoid bearing oil starvation.
Q:What output shaft options are there, and what are the benefits of hollow shaft with shrink disk?
A:Four output versions: solid parallel key, hollow shrink disc, internal/external involute spline. Shrink disc hollow shaft requires no keyway for easy assembly, zero-backlash connection, uniform torque transfer and no slipping during frequent forward/reverse rotation, ideal for screw and roller loads.
