Small AC gearmotor is an integrated power unit combining AC motor and helical gearbox. It features compact structure and flexible mounting options including flange vertical and foot horizontal types. It reduces output speed while amplifying torque, delivers stable performance, and is widely used for conveyors, packaging machines, automatic production lines and small workbenches requiring low-speed high-torque drive.
Integrated helical gear reduction module
Motor and gearbox are assembled coaxially. Precision helical gears ensure smooth transmission, lower noise and higher load capacity than spur gears. A wide range of reduction ratios is available for direct low-speed high-torque output.
Multiple mounting types available
B3 foot mounting, B5 flange mounting and B14 small flange mounting are optional, as shown in the picture. It fits various installation spaces and supports direct replacement of old motors.
Totally enclosed dustproof construction
Closed housing with standard IP54 protection grade. It prevents dust and splashing water from entering windings and gears, suitable for long-term operation in normal workshop environments.

A: Yes, it is compatible with VFD. If running at low speed for a long time, an extra cooling fan is recommended to avoid overheating due to insufficient self-cooling.

A: Yes, power-off electromagnetic brake is optional. It locks the shaft immediately once power cuts off, perfect for conveyors requiring positioning and anti-slip function.

Q: How to choose between three-phase and single-phase versions?

Q: What causes oil leakage of the gearbox?
A: It is usually caused by overloading or excessive continuous high temperature. Overload operation is forbidden. Seals can be replaced if leakage occurs; upgraded sealing structure is available for high-temperature conditions.
