Fully Sealed Circulating Oil Bath Lubrication System

Q:What extra protection measures are required if the UDL variable speed reducer runs long-term in humid workshops?
A:Inspect oil seals and end cover gaskets regularly in humid environments, and replace dedicated lubricant every 1000 working hours in advance. If water vapor is heavy, install a waterproof shield at the motor input end to prevent oil emulsification caused by moisture infiltration.
Q:Is loud noise during no-load operation normal?
A:Slight abnormal sound within the first 100 hours of new machine running-in is normal. If harsh noise persists after running-in, insufficient lubricant or abnormal assembly clearance of internal friction parts is the main cause, and the machine shall be shut down for inspection.
Q:Will the output torque of this variable speed reducer decay when the speed drops?
A:Equipped with constant-pressure friction clamping structure, the torque output remains basically constant throughout the full speed range without obvious attenuation at low RPM, which fully meets continuous low-speed heavy-load driving demands.
